Christina Jefferson is a seasoned inclusion and culture executive, currently serving as Senior Director, Inclusion & Culture for the San Francisco 49ers, where she oversees talent and recruitment strategy. She built the team's first holistic internship program, its ERG strategic plan and annual Summit, and fan-facing initiatives like the Black Excellence Collection and APEX Collection, and served as NFL liaison for Super Bowl 60's diversity programming. She previously spent over five years at Sephora, rising to Senior Manager of Inclusion and Diversity, where she led inclusive hiring efforts and launched community programs including Classes for Confidence, which reached over 9,000 people.

Christina holds an MS in Human Resource Management with Honors from Golden Gate University and a BS in Ceramics from the University of Southern Indiana, and has completed leadership programs through Stanford GSB and Harvard Divinity School. She is also pursuing career and executive coach certification through iPEC's ICF-accredited program. She currently serves as Board Chair of the Jews of Color Initiative and a Board Member of Repair the World. Her recognitions include the OutSports Power 100, Silicon Valley Business Journal's Woman of Influence (2025), and induction into the Northern California Jewish Hall of Fame.
